One point of contact for the whole project. You always know which step your order is at and what happens next.
01Enquiry and specification
You tell us the product, contents, quantity and deadline. Together we put every requirement in writing: dimensions, material, tolerances, colour, packing and delivery.
02Manufacturer selection and quote
We approach suitable manufacturers, compare their offers and review their food-contact documents. You receive a quote with unit price, tooling cost and lead time.
03Samples and approval
Samples come before series production. We measure them against your drawing and send them to you for trials on your line. Production starts only once you approve.
04Production and inspection
We stay in contact with the plant during production. Before shipping, we inspect a sample against the approved reference and document the result.
05Delivery and aftercare
We arrange transport and customs clearance to your warehouse. After delivery we remain your contact – for repeat orders and complaints alike.
